Raising two sons, 10 and 7, means we have lots of fun conversations in our home. Here are some more:
At a Tennessee Smokies baseball game (during an in-game promotion)-
Parker: Why do they always pick people from the blue seats?
Me: Those seats cost more.
Parker: That doesn't seem fair.
Me: They're just taking care of the fans who pay more.
Parker: That seems like segregation.
Jumping in the pool earlier this summer-
Turner: I'm doing this for my family. Remember me.
Tonya: Parker, do you want a peach?
Parker: A peach what?
Tonya: A peach. Like...a peach
Turner: Can I have more dessert?
Tonya: I don't think that's a good idea. What do you think Greg?
Me: I think that's probably a bad idea.
Turner: You're married. You have to agree on everything.
