Point for the Day- Seasons of Marriage (Fall #2)

How long a couple has been married does not necessarily determine the season their marriage is in. Some couples have been married for less than a year but are already headed toward Winter. By contrast, other couples have been married for decades and are still enjoying summer.

Couples experience poor communication- Genesis 3:2,3

Eve shared (with the serpent) information from God that Adam had shared with her. Except what Eve was told, or what Eve understood Adam to say, was not what God had said (Genesis 2:15-17).

Every couple will experience communication issues from time to time. But details matter. Especially when it comes to what "God said".
